This POPIA Compliance Statement details how Find Me Wallet Card ("Find Me," "we," "us," or "our") complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA" or "the Act"). This statement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

4. The Eight Conditions for Lawful Processing

POPIA establishes eight conditions that must be met for lawful processing of personal information. Find Me complies with each condition as detailed below.
